Tier names, feature lists, and pricing come from the same source as /pricing, so this page can't drift out of sync. If something here contradicts what your intake conversation surfaces, the intake conversation is the source of truth.
SafeHaven currently ships one plan — Complete, the Family Plan, at $250/month — covering household + spouse + kids across all three pillars: device and network protection, breach intelligence, and identity recovery. Essentials ($150/month) and Elite ($400/month) are the levels we're building toward and aren't buyable yet. The details below describe what each tier covers when it ships. The /pricing comparison table is the canonical reference; this page mirrors those rows so they stay aligned.
Essentials is the future individual plan at $150/month. When it ships it's intended for one person, not a household — endpoint protection, network hardening, and WiFi review are included across your devices. Dark-web monitoring runs monthly and credential monitoring is partial. Identity theft monitoring and recovery, quarterly reviews, and a same-day response SLA are not part of this tier; if they matter to you, Complete is the right starting point.

Complete is the live plan today — $250/month for the household, spouse, and kids. All three pillars are full: endpoint and network, dark web and credential monitoring, and identity theft monitoring with recovery. Reviews run quarterly (4× / year), and the incident response SLA is same-day. This is what you sign up for after the intake.

Elite is the future $400/month level intended for elevated profiles — public figures, executives, post-incident households, or anyone whose risk surface looks materially different from a typical family. When it ships, Elite adds on-demand scanning on top of continuous monitoring, plus priority response under a 2-hour SLA, monthly reviews instead of quarterly, and an explicit "priority response" capability for identity theft recovery.

No. Today, the only tier that actually exists is the Family Plan (Complete). The intake conversation is where we figure out together whether SafeHaven fits, and the team will tell you honestly if a different setup — even no-plan, just the free self-check — is the right next step. Essentials and Elite are roadmap, not buyable.
A daily scan job (running at 09:00 UTC on Blaxel via the cron schedule in polsia.toml) hashes your monitored email addresses locally and uses the HIBP k-anonymity API — only the first 5 characters of the SHA-1 hash leave the client. Each result is recorded in the dark_web_scan_results table. From there the breach is triaged into a ticket on the internal queue, the analyst team reviews it in context of your household's profile, and you get a direct notification with what was found and what to do about it. The cadence adjusts to tier: Essentials scans annually, Standard quarterly, Premium monthly, with on-demand scans available at Elite.
Both, but the way the plan is structured the human is the point. Software runs the continuous intelligence feeds — dark-web scans, credential checks, network posture. A small human team reads every notable finding in the context of your specific household (devices, accounts, recent changes) and decides what warrants action. SafeHaven sits above your existing tools rather than competing with them; the team is the operating layer, not a notification delivery service.
When you complete the intake, Step 5 captures your preferred channel (email, phone, text), best time windows to reach you, and any household sensitivities the team should know about. The notification path you set up in the intake is the one the team uses to reach you — not a generic blast. Family members who aren't the primary contact get looped in via the contact information you provide, with the same household context applied to each message.
Yes to both. The Family Plan is month-to-month — no contract, no commitment. Upgrading between tiers is straightforward once you've completed onboarding; your household profile carries over and the monitoring configuration is adjusted. To change or cancel, email ops@safehaven.sec or mention it in the intake conversation before you sign up. If you want to add extended family (parents, adult children who live elsewhere), say so during onboarding and the team will tell you whether we can structure it and at what cost.
LifeLock and Aura are identity-monitoring products: automated alerts when something shows up on a credit bureau or a breach list. A consumer antivirus protects one device at a time and assumes you'll act on its alerts yourself. SafeHaven is a managed service — the team's job is posture management (hardening your devices and network before something happens) plus tiered incident response (a human analyst triaging what's found and walking you through the fix). The distinction is proactive posture plus manual triage versus reactive alerting only.
You don't share passwords with SafeHaven — ever. For tooling, the team assesses what you already have (antivirus, password manager, router setup, anything else) and decides whether it fits your household's profile. If it does, they work with it. If something in your setup has a known gap, they flag it and walk through fix-vs-replace together. SafeHaven sits above your tools rather than competing with them.
The intake is a 5-step form — typically about 10 minutes — covering household profile, devices and network (including ISP, router, WiFi device counts), accounts and credentials, identity and recovery posture, and the cadence-and-access information that drives how the team reaches you. From there, the team reviews what you submitted, builds your Security Profile, configures monitoring for your specific accounts, and starts active coverage. Your Security Profile arrives in about 5 days; ongoing coverage starts from there.
The intake is the right place to figure out whether SafeHaven fits your household. The team will tell you honestly if a different setup makes more sense.
